Hello capoeiras,
We are now experience this blog as a tool for capoeira students. There is many aspects of capoeira that we all want to explore to learn more about it. The blog is alos to discuss many topic of capoeira such as movements, music as well as the "roda". There is always ways to see things in capoeira that could be personal however we all need to be in the "game of capoeira", which is follow the rules and tradition of this art form, but capoeira can be adapt to each environment and style.
Lately I have been talking to all my students to enjoy each game no matter what level they need to play in. Adapting to each different level and he always prepare to answer any request that can lead to a nice flow or a take down, "rateiras" or "bandas". Move to the paste of the berinbau, do your set of movements, do what you have learned and practiced making sure your are connected to your partner with out being dependent on it.
